For the start of the season I've painted up a new shell. It is an HPI Chaser Mark II with their Overdose kit. The kit includes the add-on grill and in addition to regular light buckets for LED lights, it has clear lenses to go over the buckets. Typically you would just not paint that area of the lexan body, but in this case you have to cut out that part so that the clear lens can poke through. It also has the WELD Racing decals applied over a white body, instead of the usual blue.

Thanks but I've already put down a deposit with Powervehicles. I chose them not only based on referrals from people who have met and worked with them but based on the fact that they can do custom modification work to the vehicle before I have it shipped here. That saves me loads of money and time on shipping additional parts here after the car arrives and having to do the work myself. That way I can spend my time driving and doing small tweaks to adjust the car to my tastes.
